We kicked off the year filming the lunatic "Ba Game" on the freezing island of Orkney, off the coast of Scotland.
Hundreds of testosterone loaded local lads fight to get possession a handmade ball, the "Ba". We shot it for London based SNTV and ftp'd the footage off the island.

We shot a corporate interview and b-roll in Duesseldorf at Eon. We shot DVCam NTSC

London based production outfit Green Fields commissioned us to shoot an interview when heavy snow prevented them from travelling to Frankfurt. We shot the interview at the Telecommunication giant Avaya and transferred via ftp to London after the shoot.

CNN requested we interview the head of Star Alliance at Frankfurt airport on the tapeless Sony EX3 camera. We then transferred the files via ftp straight over to London for a speedy turnaround.

We produced a 5 minute report for the pan European Boadcaster 3 SAT. It was for their daily programme "Nano", which shows new developments in the field of medicine and science.

I recently happened across a great display of young, contemporary artists at an Open Day in various back street locations downtown Frankfurt.

Even though High Definition is making great inroads into the Corporate and TV world there are still plenty of shoots using standard definition.We recently shot a corporate on good old standard def Digibeta for London based Flawless Media. The client was Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.

We filmed Digibeta recently in Berlin for Germany's mega broadcaster ZDF. It was a portrait of Avitall Gerstetter, the first female Cantor of the Jewish Community in Berlin.

We crewed for New York based Stream57 on a 3 camera round table discussion which was edited live and stored to hard disc. We shot DVCam.

We shot Panasonic HDX900 using 30P for Chicago based Light Industry Incorporated. in Wiesbaden yesterday The shoot comprised testimonials for Abbott Laboratories.

We shot Digibeta for several days in Hamburg for the BBC. It was for their educational website "Bitesize", which helps prepare school children for the GCSE.

We had 5 crews shooting testimonials on Sony Z1s for the London branch of Deutsche Bank.
We were located in a 5 star hotel in Koenigstein Falkenstein, home to Frankfurt's rich and beautiful.
